About the Studio

The space is the only fully-equipped Photography Rental Studio in the South Bronx with a huge bath and shower, check out the photos. A unique photo & video studio available for rent in the newest creative neighbourhood, Mott Haven. Our space is in a renovated factory, with 12 ft ceilings it offers over 900 sq/ft of shoot space with a modern, spacious photo/video friendly bathroom, which makes this an excellent choice for both still and video productions.

The space is perfect for daylight portrait, headshot, fashion and lifestyle shooting, with automated blinds so the studio can also be blacked-out for controlled strobe work. The photo studio rental includes a variety of modern and vintage props we have in-house or you’re welcome to bring your own up via the passenger or freight elevators.

You will also have access to an expansive roof with the iconic Clock set against the Manhattan skyline, it’s perfect for editorial, lifestyle and portrait shoots, the roof, which has 3 areas has rich textures & muted colours. For safety reasons, the capacity of the roof is limited to a total of 10 people at any one time and may not be used for socializing (partying, yes we have to make this clear because it has happened) during or after the shoot without prior written permission from building management.

iMac shoot station with colour calibrated NEC monitor on swivel arm and tethered shooting into either Capture One Pro or Lightroom. This can be setup to auto-upload to either our dropbox or yours via the 1gb connection and then shared back to you or copied off the shoot station at the end of your shoot.
